This policy covers the Misosana Lab websites, misosana.com and app.misosana.com, and email you send to us. Misosana Lab is a brand of Mosven LLC ("we", "us"). Our apps have their own privacy information, published with each app.
Who we are
Mosven LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, and run from İzmir, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@misosana.com.
What we collect
Email you send us. If you write to hello@misosana.com or team@misosana.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and your message. We use them to answer you and, if you asked to join a beta, to invite you.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
These websites have no sign-up forms, analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own server. On app.misosana.com, your browser remembers whether you chose Turkish or English; this choice stays on your device and is not sent to us. The copy buttons next to our email addresses only copy text on your device.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Hostinger hosts the website.
- Google Workspace runs our email.
Both process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request, then for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@misosana.com. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK or US state privacy laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website is not made for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
International transfers
We are a US company run from Türkiye and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
